Securing stable business continuity

The past months have been exceptional in many ways due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The situation has required new working practises and interaction routines between us and our customers and suppliers to secure as stable business continuity as possible.

Despite the challenges and uncertainties, I am pleased to confirm that the pandemic has had a very small impact on our deliveries throughout the Nordics during the past four months. Our delivery accuracy has remained good: in April we were able to deliver 92% of orders on the confirmed delivery time, and in May the figure was 98%.

To be prepared for any unexpected short-term occurrences, Aidon has now placed binding orders with our suppliers 6 months in advance to secure the deliveries for the months ahead. At the same time we have encouraged our customers to give us 12-month forecasts for the upcoming orders. In addition, we have increased our production stock of system modules and meters by 25% to have some flexibility to respond to your needs.

I want to thank our customers for the good and active cooperation and look forward to continuing it throughout and after the summer. We at Aidon continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and trust the local authorities and health care professionals for their work and guidance.

Wishing you a nice summer on behalf of the whole Aidon team.
