Aidon’s measures for securing safety and business continuity during the Coronavirus pandemic

The global Coronavirus outbreak is affecting our daily lives in many ways. The most important advice in this situation is: stay safe. We at Aidon take COVID-19 extremely seriously and are doing our best to protect the health of our employees as well as to minimise the impact on our own and our customers’ daily operation.

Since the early days of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been in close contact with our suppliers worldwide to be able to secure the availability of components despite the uncertainty on the electronics market. As a result, our delivery capability has stayed at a very good level with only minor deviations from the confirmed plan. The outlook for the coming weeks seems stable. Thanks to your active contribution we have a good overview of your plans and material needs for the rest of the year. Our cross-functional team continues working actively with you and the component suppliers to ensure the best possible delivery capability under these circumstances. Due to the constantly changing situation of the epidemic, the risk of some delays cannot be excluded. We share information about the delivery situation on a regular basis.

Our Service Desk is fully functional and as of today we do not foresee any effect on support or other functions, and we aim to keep our availability as high as possible.

Energy distribution is fundamental to our society, and we want to secure the continuity of both the on-going and planned roll-out and development projects of our customers. We will continue to monitor the situation and trust the local authorities and health care professionals for their work and guidance. By working together, we will get through this.

In case of any questions, please feel free to contact us.
